Make an annual contribution to A&A marketing budget
We believe outsourcing your student recruitment to A&A by making an annual contribution to A&A marketing budget is an effective and better marketing solution. We have a variety of channels to represent and promote your institution throughout year ¨C Our national wide networks, seminars, interview fairs, exhibitions, our websites, internet forum, media platform, e-newsletters, brochures and flyers as well as our counselor training programs. On the other hand, we also hope you should be prepared to provide guidance and marketing tools (such as brochures, posters, promotional videos, DVDs or CD-ROMs) whenever needed. Obviously the results will be more productive than spending money on your overseas trips.
Provide trainings to our counselors
Training our staff is more important than briefing a student you meet, which is absolutely necessary for our counselors to well understand your programs and strength so as to better promote your institution. A&A staff sit here all the time for their counseling work, yet any student you have talked with won't diffuse the knowledge you have told him or her. Certainly you need to find an agent with professional counselors that you may trust and rely on. A&A is such an agent that has had a very low turn-over rate of education counselors.

Plan your visit & attend our interview fairs
Plan ahead for your visit and try to come as a team rather than visit from faculty to faculty and from time to time. This is a more effective way to optimize your visit.

Attend our interview fairs, usually held three times a year in March, July and October. Students who come to our interview fairs are often pre-counseled by our counselors, thus will make your visits more productive. Meeting many students during a seminar or an interview seems exciting; nonetheless, the final outcome (numbers of enrolment) is the most important thing you may enjoy to see.

Be ready to make offers for interviews on site. Everyone wants to be secured with an offer while attending the interview, even a conditional offer helps.
Update your information
Information, news and updates regarding to your targeted Chinese students are always helpful, such as advantages of your program, career outcome, available places for hot programs, etc. These information will not only help our counselors build up their knowledge, yet you may also find the information shown in our websites or articles in the newspaper.

You'd better ensure that your promotional materials are regularly updated, and if possible, produced in Chinese language and, keep your institution's profile high with A&A by sending regular updates or newsletters.
Standardize your admission procedure
In terms of admission, clear cut-off marks for accepting Chinese students is extremely helpful to A&A, who always aims to lodging one application for one student. You may find our conversion rate score high once you make everything clear and easy for us to follow suit.

It is always the case that the shorter you process an application, the better the results you may expect. A standardized turn-around time is important for both students and agents, as the study plan may be well prepared ahead.

It is always helpful by producing a manual containing relevant contact information, program descriptions, accommodation options, details of student services, financial aspects (fees, payment, cancellation procedures, bank account information, etc.).
