We believe that continuous training is essential to providing high quality services both to our education partners and our students, therefore, we make training an important part of our daily operations.
·Orientation training. Every new employee at A&A is provided with a well-structured on-the-job training program in the first three months of work, including AEI on-line agent training program, basic information on our representing institutions, and A&A's work procedures.
·Counselors training week. We organize training week every year, which involves all our staff and our key network partners. We invite overseas institutions to deliver training seminars at the training week, and share our work standard and procedure with our network partners.
·Campus visit. We send our counselors overseas to visit our partner institutions, as a result, our counselors get first hand information and become more professional in our products.
·Case studies. We hold case study discussions every week to share updated information, or discuss any questions encountered in our daily work.
·Training to network partners. We visit our network partners regularly to deliver on site training to make sure they are able to meet our standard.
