Since 2005, A&A has been working as the In-country Representative office for 5 institutes (in addition to the students' recruitment agents of these institutes). The model proves to be productive for our partner institutes in student number growth, quality and diversity of applications, and the establishment of the institutes' brand image among Chinese students.
As an institute's In-country Representative Office, we assign an A&A experienced counselor to be the institute's In-country Representative in China, and we provide a full range of services including:
·Manage the enquiries and provide the day to day counseling services through face to face interview, answer students inquiries through telephone and internet, etc.
·Assess the admission applications and relevant documentation before sending them to the overseas admission offices;
·Pre-departure briefings and services
·Deliver seminars, organize the interview programs and relevant promotional activities
·Develop long term marketing strategy and near term marketing plan to promote the institute
·Conduct marketing research information on overall studying overseas market, as well as the competing programs.
